A. Clients: To quote, issue receipts, invoices for services, and coordinate sea, air, and land shipment logistics, as well as transportation and goods insurance, cargo consolidation, customs clearance, and projects.

The images taken by the video surveillance circuit are only available to the general manager of EAI LOGISTICS and to law enforcement authorities who require them through an official mandate within 10 calendar days from the date of the recordings, provided the system has not automatically deleted them from its memory.
Data processed for commercial purposes are kept active as long as the interested party does not revoke their consent or request its deletion, or, in any case, until the contracted service is fully completed, as well as during the periods provided in applicable legal provisions and for the time necessary to address potential liabilities arising from their processing.
EAI LOGISTICS does not process sensitive data of its clients. We also collect health data from our employees at the time of hiring to be aware of any chronic conditions that the company should know about in case of an extraordinary situation that requires special attention and may be required by an authority in case of a pandemic or other situations.
The health data collected from employees for primary purposes are considered sensitive: health status (illnesses).
To comply with health legislation and authorities, periodic examinations of the staff will be carried out as appropriate or as determined by competent authorities, to prevent and control diseases, and the results will be collected and kept in the personnel file, adopting all security measures for their safekeeping.
EAI LOGISTICS only carries out this processing of personal data in cases required by other Mexican state laws and for the activities inherent to the service requested by our clients.
